Oregon Coast Sunrise Elopement

For this Oregon coast sunrise elopement, Jessica & Jacob had a ceremony at their favorite beach, Long Beach. It's located at the end of a peninsula right across the river from the state border, so technically at the very end of the Washington coast. They said their vows right as the sun came up over the horizon, which made the beach into a beautiful, glassy mirror of pinks and blues. Their biggest priority was to keep their elopement intimate, no fuss, and simple, just them in their favorite place that they'd gone to many times, with a ceremony officiated by their dear friend. It's a spot they both love a lot and have returned to many times, so it made perfect sense for them to say their vows here together. They spent some time wandering around the beautiful beach grass dunes with their rescue pup Hank before hopping in the car & heading over the epic Astoria bridge to explore the Oregon coast together on their elopement day. We took them to a couple of epic coast-side spots with huge towering cliffs that drop straight into the sea, arches you can see the waves crash through, swooping seagulls, large rolling hills, huge trees, and of course, beautiful rocky beaches galore. It was a wonderful day, and the whole thing felt effortless, relaxed, beautiful, and just fun, which is precisely what they had hoped for. It was such a pleasure to work with two such genuine, sweet and kind people like them. The Oregon coast is a fantastic place for a sunrise elopement, especially with no crowds to contend with in the off season, and we loved showing them a few of our favorite places.
